Non-profit measures

1. The non-profit activities of the Association, as defined in law [1997/CLVI (Khtv.) 26. § c)], include: scientific activities, research, education, skill development, dissemination of knowledge, environmental protection.
2. The Association must not carry out direct political activities; its organisation is independent of political parties and may not fund any political party.
3. The annual report and non-profit report of the Association must be accepted by the General Assembly and must contain the information required by law.
4. Association annual activity report will be available for public scrutiny at Association headquarters, where an announcement to this effect must be posted. Individual members are also responsible for making the report known to those interested.
